I have closed 100% (almost) of purchase transactions I pre-approved since 1994. Why almost? Two transactions failed to close because of ridiculously low appraisals that caused my buyers to withdraw. I'll never forgive Congress for taking appraisal choice from the lender.

I analyze the transaction from your perspective every time. My goal is to make certain financing aligns with your expectations for home ownership.

Difficulties will arise when managing mortgage transactions from application to closing. I am a proven problem solver who guides transactions to a smooth and trouble-free closing. I refer to this as mortgage management mastered.

During my career, I have accomplished:

1. Served as Chair of Government Affairs for the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals.
2. Served as President of the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals.
3. Wrote a weekly column about real estate for seven years in the Tacoma News Tribune.
4. Produced and hosted Real Estate Radio, a weekly live talk radio show with KOMO News Radio and other Seattle stations for 14 years.

Before starting my mortgage brokerage, I was Senior Vice President for Great American Bank, in charge of the Pacific Northwest Region while creating mortgage-backed securities for trade on the Secondary Market. I also served as the Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest credit unions in the State of Washington.
